Abstract: This paper introduces The Supervisory Control System for Intelligent Housing
Estate based on PIC SCM, it can accomplish the following functions: reading water, gas and power meters, and getting security information. A detailed introduction to design of hardware and software and provides an approach for communication between one personal computer and several PIC microcomputers.
